3Q Recruitment is hiring a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care across community, residential, day and Housing First services in South Dublin.

This front-line role focuses on supporting individuals with complex needs, including mental health, addiction and social challenges, within a structured, compliance-driven environment.

The Role

You will provide safe, person-centred nursing care across multiple service settings, supporting wellbeing, independence, and recovery while ensuring full compliance with clinical standards and safeguarding requirements.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care across community, residential, day and Housing First services
  • Monitor patient and service-user condition and respond to clinical needs
  • Administer medication in line with best practice and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate, confidential patient and service-user records
  • Follow infection control, hygiene and clinical governance standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families and external partners to support outcomes
  • Promote dignity, independence and overall wellbeing
  • Adhere to safeguarding and compliance procedures at all times

 

Requirements

 

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active registration with NMBI
  • Experience in hospital, community, residential or social care settings desirable
  • Strong clinical, communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of infection control, patient safety and safeguarding standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, compliance-driven environment
  • Legal right to work in Ireland
  • Garda Vetting is mandatory for relevant roles
  • International Police Clearance is required where a candidate has lived or worked outside Ireland for 6 months or more since the age of 16
  • Driving licence and access to transport desirable
