About the Job:

As a Staff Nurse in the Theatre Department, you will play a crucial role in managing patient care on a daily basis. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and working under the guidance of Clinical Nurse Managers, Assistant Director of Nurses, and Director of Nurses, you’ll contribute to delivering high-quality nursing care within the inpatient ward setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering exceptional nursing care in the inpatient ward.
Collaborate effectively with diverse healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues.
Efficiently use computer systems for documentation and data management.
Prioritize tasks, work independently, and exhibit attention to detail.
Identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
Uphold a professional and compassionate approach, reflecting good character.

Requirements:

Valid NMBI Registration.
Previous experience in a hospital or ward setting.
While orthopedic experience is desirable, it is not essential.
Proficiency in computer literacy.
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Self-motivated with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
