As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you’ll play a crucial Job in guiding and elevating the Theatre and Critical Care departments of a distinguished hospital.

Position Details:

Full-time, permanent job.

Salary range: €62,177 – €74,453 (Depending on Experience)

• Be the guardian of quality, ensuring we meet those top-notch JCI Accreditation and HIQA standards.

What You Need: To thrive in this Job, you should:

• Be a registered general nurse on the live register with the Nursing and Midwifery Board Ireland (NMBI).
• Possess a management qualification, which would be a bonus.
• Exude a passion for patient safety and quality.
• Have exceptional leadership skills, inspiring and motivating teams and individuals like a pro.
• Excel in communication and relationship-building.
